Which is better in repair cost and gas a hybrid or a regular vehicle?
I know a hybrid is better at gas but what is the real truth to a hybrid.
the real truth is that 10 years down the line your hybrids battery is gonna die and wont want to take a charge anymore. that battery is also very expensive and also very expensive to replace. somewhere in the realm of 9 grand. its okay i guess if you really like your car, but are u willing to spend that much money on a 10 year old car? a better more logical answer is to trade your car into the dealer for another car when your battery does eventually die. as far as repair costs in terms of maintenance and other things that often have to be replaced. id say aslong as what is being repaired isnt related to the electric motor or inverter in the car, itll be about the same as a gas powered car
